2. Food & Beverage Orders
Dine-in Orders
- Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins
- Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible
- If you're not satisfied with your order, please inform our staff immediately
- We will replace or refund items that don't meet our quality standards
Takeaway Orders
- Orders can be cancelled up to 15 minutes before pickup time
- Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge
- No-shows will be charged the full amount
3. Table Reservations
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the booking time
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the minimum order value
Modification Policy
- Reservations can be modified up to 2 hours before the booking time
- Modifications are subject to availability
- Please contact us directly for any changes
4. Special Events & Private Bookings
Birthday Parties & Private Events
- Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before the event
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event
- Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events will be rescheduled or fully refunded
5. Gift Vouchers
Purchase Refunds
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
- Vouchers are valid for the period specified on the voucher
Voucher Usage
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase
- Partial usage of vouchers will result in forfeiture of remaining balance
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
6. Payment Refunds
Refund Methods
- Cash payments will be refunded in cash
- Card payments will be refunded to the original card within 5-7 business days
- Digital wallet payments will be refunded to the original wallet within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing Time
- Cash refunds: Immediate
- Card refunds: 5-7 business days
- Digital wallet refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
7. Quality Issues
If you experience any quality issues with our food or beverages:
- Please inform our staff immediately
- We will replace the item or provide a full refund
- We may ask for feedback to improve our service
- Documentation may be required for significant issues
8. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.):
- All bookings will be automatically cancelled
- Full refunds will be provided within 7-10 business days
- Alternative arrangements may be offered when possible
9. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:
- Please contact our management team
- Provide detailed information about your concern
- We will review your case within 48 hours
- Our decision will be final and binding
10. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Consumed food and beverages (unless quality issues are reported immediately)
- Personal belongings left at the cafe
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Dislike of taste or personal preferences
- Vouchers that have expired
